Can you fulfil the EU’s new environmental requirements?
The EU aims to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 20% from 1990 levels by 2020, and we are close to achieving that goal. However, property owners may inadvertently increase energy consumption and CO2 emissions when installing technology to meet these requirements if the systems don’t work together efficiently.

Using Ecopilot® installations, we’ve helped 1000 properties in Sweden and the Nordic countries meet their environmental goals by reducing emissions. However, we believe our technology can benefit many more properties. We’re expanding our efforts to help Europe and North America in addition to our advanced work in the Nordic countries.
We are reducing Europe’s CO2 emissions
Today properties account for 40 per cent of Europe’s CO2 emissions.
According to the UN’s climate panel IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), we are moving towards a scenario where large parts of the world will experience extreme weather, increased natural disasters and fast habitat changes if the CO2 level continues to increase at the same pace as during the last decades. We do not claim to have the solution to the problem, but we can do our share.

10,000 tonnes less CO2 emissions
Until now our Ecopilot® installations have reduced CO2 emissions by more than 10,000 tonnes per year. This is equivalent to approximately 40,000 cars driving 12,500 miles each. With Ecopilot® you will get an “eco-driven” building, which contributes to fulfilling the EU’s 2020 targets. Ecopilot supports the environmental responsibilities of the property owner, while providing a reassuring reminder to employees, contractors and visitors, that everyone is responsible for contributing towards a better global environment.
