Your part in it:

With proven experience successfully delivering software solutions, you will have a key role working with our various sub-squads across the product development lifecycle. Taking responsibility for managing the 3rd line support team, successful delivery of product releases into our customer environments and co-ordinating with our CSS and new business squad to drive user adoption, this is an exciting and fast paced opportunity.

You will be part of an innovative team working on our cloud and mobile-based product suite, our software solutions focus on the Digital Workplace. Clients all over the world use our products to provide exceptional digital workplace experiences to a wide range of users, including employees, visitors, and the staff that manage the workplace.

Reporting to the Technical Director you will support cross functional sub-squads in following agile best practises, co-ordinate both mobile, web and back-end software and infrastructure releases across different workstreams and take a lead in tracking the success of product updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a holistic milestone planner of upcoming and future releases that aligns multiple work packages including product development, support, beta and hypercare activities
• Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints
• Interface with other squads in our business to co-ordinate support fixes, software testing and release activities including marketing collateral and customer communications
• Own the software and infrastructure release process, co-ordinating with developers, support teams, product owners and customers
• Work with the Product Manager and Product Owners to identify features and support fixes planned for the next release and manage all associated release activities.
• Own the company’s software release process and continuously evaluate opportunities to improve/streamline the process.
• Manage the 3rd line support team. Ensure support tickets assigned to 3rd line support are triaged, prioritised and assigned. Co-ordinate the testing and release of support fixes as part of the overall release process.
• Co-ordinate all manual regression/smoke testing activities for each production front end software release. Ensure defects are prioritised and resolved in a timely manner to avoid delays to the planned release schedule.
• Maintain a company wide release calendar that tracks general product releases, customer specific project releases, time sensitive activities (such as certificate/credential expiry) and planned/ad-hoc infrastructure changes ensuring all key stakeholders are informed and release activities are planned sufficiently in advance.

Experience & Qualifications required:

• 3+ years of experience delivering software solutions (mobile apps, SaaS products, b2b)
• Experienced working within agile delivery process
• Experience with effectively managing multiple deliverables in a matrix environment.
• Ability to work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders; builds internal relations and is a team player
• Confident in evaluating and refining requirements
• Experience with Azure DevOps, TestFlight, Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Store
