STOCKHOLM, 12 May – Nordomatic, the leading independent BMS provider in the Nordics is taking its next step in its successful European expansion strategy by the acquisition of Y-con, a quality BMS-provider in the Netherlands which also has a presence in Belgium.
Toke Kjaer Juul, VICE CEO of Nordomatic, says “Y-con is a great company with a strong installed customer base. This acquisition will be a great addition in establishing Nordomatic as Global BMS-player.”
Y-con was established in 2005 and has office in Tilburg, with approximately 30 employees.

Earlier this spring, Nordomatic expanded to the UK through the acquisition of Spica, and, with the addition of Y-con, Nordomatic is making good progress on its Global growth strategy.
